Shipping and Delivery
All orders are custom made. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order to be shipped. Large and/or custom orders may take 7 to 10 business days to be shipped. All orders are custom made, and print as they are ordered. (Colors of cutters may vary, depending on PLA availability)  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order to be shipped. Large and/or custom orders may take 7 to 10 business days to be shipped. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class 3 to 5 day, Priority 2 to 3 day or Priority Express Overnight. International First Class, Priority, Priority Express and Global Express shipping is available for all International orders. Once shipments leave my hands I am not responsible if lost or damaged. I will assist in any way I can in resolving the issue with the USPS.  Any customs/duty fees charged are the sole responsibility of the customer receiving the order.

Sales Tax
Sinful Cutters charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Currently sales tax is only being charged for all orders shipping to the state of Indiana, at 7% sales tax. 

Return Policy

Because all cutters are made to order, I do not accept returns/refunds. Your orders are packaged and shipped with great care. Once shipments leave my hands I am not responsible if lost or damaged. I will assist in any way I can in resolving the issue with the USPS.
